Art Spree

Today was the Art Spree at the Honolulu Museum of Art Spalding House. I helped volunteer with the Solomon Enos mural there and it was a wonderful experience! I had a fun time spending time to get to know him and his daugther, both are a very amiable and kind-hearted individuals so I look forward to working with them again :) If you missed the Art Spree and want a free art-related event to go to, attend the Family Sunday at the Honolulu Museum of Art from 11 am to 3 pm.

Today was my opening reception for the the Manga Bento's Japanese animation (aka "Anime") and/or comic book (aka "Manga") art exhibit. Four of my artwork was displayed at this art showing, but even though the reception passed, you can still view my artwork for free at the Linekona Art Center (1111 Victoria Street) from June 12 to July 14. Please come because it's worth it, especially since there's an doodle table!

Currently, I am working at an art-related job for the summer, and that's a big accomplishment on my part, so I am very much pleased because I will have the added income to buy things I truly want and need like a watercolor paper pad, a new laptop, and a Nikon D3100.
